The ONE Development Process
1. Discovery
We research project sites in the GTA extensively, looking for a balance between cost-effectiveness and demand. Because we rebuild from scratch with iterable designs, there are no surprises or major variables.
2. Permits
In tandem, our design partners review the architectural / engineering plan with the city for approval and apply for all required permits.
3. Financial Due Diligence
ONE Development partners with Toronto's leading financial institutions, private lenders, and investors for a wide variety of construction and building projects to ensure financial security for all stakeholders.
4. Build
We collaborate with leading design and build experts and source materials of the highest quality to create ready-to-buy homes within a year.
5. The Sale
Once the build reaches 90% completion, we place the property on the market for resale, with an expected closing of between 30 and 60 days.
The process repeats.
